Partner with Us: In-Kind Contributions
Dallas Wine Center also works with distributors and retail professionals to provide scholarships for individuals sponsored by employers who wish to make in-kind contributions on their behalf. For instance, Dallas Wine Center may provide complimentary or discounted seats in certification courses to individuals whose employers agree to contribute the class space or the wine that will be tasted during the course.
We would love to hear from you if your company would like to work with us!
Please contact us at trade@dallaswinecenter.com if you would like to explore this education option.
Complimentary Seats in Classes
Dallas Wine Center offers complimentary seats in WSET classes to industry professionals who want to experience a WSET class before committing to an entire WSET course. You are invited to check the calendar on this website for any WSET course being offered and to select date(s) when you would like to attend. Please email your date/course request along with your contact information and your employer’s name to trade@dallaswinecenter.com. We will email you back to invite you to one of the dates you identified as long as space is available. If the desired course is already full, we will work with you on additional date options.
Private Classes
Dallas Wine Center conducts private WSET classes for industry professionals. If you have a larger group of professionals (10 or more) interested in taking a particular WSET course, Dallas Wine Center can work with you to select a time and location suitable for your group.
Dallas Wine Center can also tailor private group wine education courses depending on your needs. For instance, if your group (10 or more) would like to focus on education on a particular varietel (e.g., Pinot Noir) or on a particular region (e.g., Alsace or Sonoma County, California), we are happy to work with you to develop a course best suited to your professional needs. Dallas Wine Center courses all include a significant tasting component with wines that we select to complement the academic instruction. However, we are also able to work with you on wine selection for private courses based on your education goals. More comprehensive wine and food pairing classes are also available where we can instruct on basic concepts or experiment with specific pairings appropriate for your style/type of cuisine or particular dishes.
Please contact us at trade@dallaswinecenter.com to discuss private classes.
